Who operates LayRun
LayRun is operated by Olexar Group. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
What you send
When you export, your browser sends the overlay type, start/end values, timing, prefix, suffix, colours and video settings to our server. We use those settings to render your video. You do not upload a source video.
Temporary storage
The server temporarily stores render settings, job status and the generated WebM. Your result page displays when the download expires. Expired exports are scheduled for deletion, and failed or expired job records and settings are scheduled for removal after they are at least 24 hours old. Cleanup runs periodically; outages can delay deletion.
Save any export you want to keep. LayRun is not a backup service.
Result links
A result link contains a randomly generated identifier. Anyone with the complete link can view the result and download the export while it remains available. Keep the link private if your overlay text is private.
Browser storage and cookies
The editor saves your latest settings and latest result identifier in this browser's local storage. Reset replaces the saved settings with defaults. Clear this site's browser data to remove both. Session cookies support request security and administrator login; they are not advertising cookies.
Service operation
The server uses connection addresses temporarily to limit abusive export requests and failed admin logins. Operational error logs may include job identifiers and technical error details. Hosting and network providers may also process connection data to deliver and protect the service.
The supplied LayRun application does not include advertising scripts or third-party analytics.
